Who We Are
Tri-Star Electric, Inc. is a small, family-owned business, established in 2002.
Owners, Debbie and Rich Metzler have many years of experience in the electrical contracting business.
Rich started his training 27 years ago, and has used his skills to run major projects for large electrical contractors. He spent many years as a project manager on Waste Water Treatment Plant projects. Rich is a Signing Supervisor in both Oregon and Washington and teaches Supervisor Test Preparation at the NECA-IBEW Training Center in Portland.
Debbie began working for a major electrical contractor 20 years ago as a purchasing assistant and eventually became involved in the bookkeeping and administrative aspects. In 2002, she aquired her CCB license, starting Tri-Star Electric, Inc.
